Job Summary
Machine Operator I – 1st Shift responsible for manual mail processing and operating high-speed inserting/metering equipment to prepare compliance, transactional and marketing mail for USPS delivery; duties include loading materials, assembling pre-printed materials, scanning barcodes, generating production and reconciliation reports, troubleshooting minor equipment issues, coordinating with third-party vendors, and ensuring quality/accuracy of postage while maintaining safety and efficiency in a production environment. Must be able to work in a hybrid setting with at least three days in-office within 50 miles of a Farmers office, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with USPS regulations, inserting equipment, and handling certified mail is a plus; hours typically 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday. Required Qualifications

- Less than one year of general work experience preferred
- Machine operator experience preferred
