Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment to support the manufacture of weatherstripping. Load raw materials, unload finished products, perform simple machine adjustments, setup and basic changeovers, monitor quality and production data, follow safety and procedures, and collaborate with technicians and supervisors to support continuous improvement. Requires mechanical aptitude, ability to read instructions and documentation, attention to safety and quality, and reliable attendance. Eligible candidates will typically have some manufacturing experience; role offers 1st and 2nd shift schedules with potential shift differential, in Greer, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude or technical skill set strongly desired
- Ability to read work instructions, measurements, and production documentation
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
