Job Summary
Load, inspect, and process parts using hands-on work instructions and visual aids on modern machining centers. Ensure design features and tolerances conform to manufacturing requirements through frequency inspections, utilizing CMM, air probes, electronic, and hand gaging equipment. Make small offsets and tool changes to maintain process stability while performing basic material preparation, forklift use, and data recording. Work on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 1st and 2nd shift availability in a climate-controlled environment.
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated with desire to succeed
- Problem solving and basic decisions making to uphold quality standard
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to add and subtract with decimals
- Ability to record data in computers
- Work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment
- 1st and 2nd shift available
- Positions work on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Makino and Okuma controls
