Job Summary
Set up, adjust, and operate production machinery to manufacture high-quality dental instruments and infection prevention products. Comply with all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE and safely lifting up to 30 lbs, while immediately reporting unsafe conditions. Adhere to documented quality practices, self-monitor work output, and maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Read and apply instructions from work manuals, drawings, and inspection checklists to meet labor and machine standards. Maintain 6S workstation practices and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Work the third shift from 10:45pm to 7:15am Monday through Friday, including overtime as needed to meet customer commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills working safely with mechanical equipment
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience
- Must be able to physically lift, push, pull or carry products weighing up to 30 lbs
- Must be physically able to work in a standing position with repetitive movement of hands for eight to twelve hours
- 3rd shift, Monday - Friday, 10:45pm - 7:15am
