Job Summary
Prepare and operate the extruder to transform resin into rolls of plastic film under the supervision of the Production Supervisor. Comply with all quality and safety policies to maintain SQF certification, utilizing familiarity with SQF and HACCP principles. Exercise authority to make decisions within applicable policies while prioritizing teamwork and problem-solving. Proficiency in spoken and written French is required. Night shift rotation from 7pm to 7am.

- Familiarity with SQF and HACCP principles
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and promote teamwork
