Job Summary
Support operators with setup, operation, and monitoring of press, extrusion, or converting equipment; assist with loading and staging raw materials, rolls, inks, cartons, and supplies; record production data and ensure GMP/AIB and food safety standards; perform roll changes and material changeovers; operate hoists, forklifts, and material-handling equipment; inspect materials and finished product for defects and report quality issues; maintain clean, safe work areas and assist with housekeeping and waste handling; shift is 12-hour nights (6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. or 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) with overtime and shift differential; require basic math, reading and following work instructions, and ability to work in a team; plant location Hazleton, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
