Job Summary
Assist the Machine Operator in maintaining and operating paper processing machinery by rolling positions to the correct machine and setting up each job. Wrap or palletize finished jobs, attach labels, and enter job results into the computer system. Move completed work to the warehouse, keep the assigned area clean, and repair pallets. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in a converting or web paper operation, the ability to read a tape measure, computer literacy, and forklift/clamp truck certification. The role requires lifting 50 pounds with full range of motion.
Required Qualifications
- Must understand web paper operations
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must be computer literate (Excel, Papersoft, Hallmark, etc.)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds with full range of motion
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred: At least 1-year experience in a converting or web paper operation
- Certified and licensed to operate a forklift truck and a clamp truck preferred
