Job Summary
Operate machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality Liquid Silicone Rubber products, reading batch instructions for proper amounts, temperatures, weights and sequences; monitor multiple equipment types (mixers, fillers, pumps) for deviations and perform corrective actions; conduct regular quality checks and routine maintenance; assist in troubleshooting and minor repairs; learn customer requirements and the materials used for filling, packaging, and finishing; maintain systematic production records and drive Lean 5S for efficient transitions; collaborate with team to meet production targets while adhering to safety protocols and safeguarding equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining machinery
- Knowledge of machine controls and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English
- Physical ability to work 8+ hours and lift up to 50lbs
