Machine Operator

Assist with machine startup, operation, and shutdown for non-woven paper products while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Perform general labor tasks as needed and train in all areas including press, slitting, packaging, inspection, and forklift certification. Candidates with prior experience on slitters, press machines, or in robotic cell operations are highly encouraged to apply. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic math, reading, and computer skills. Mechanical aptitude and measuring tool knowledge are a plus. Drug-free workplace and criminal background check are required.
