Job Summary
Machine Operator responsible for the preparation, set-up, start-up, operation, and monitoring of manufacturing equipment to produce quality parts and products. Duties include setting up and operating equipment, preparing materials and tooling, inspecting readiness, maximizing efficiency, maintaining 5S and GMP compliance, loading/unloading materials, identifying and addressing equipment/process/quality issues, conducting routine maintenance and housekeeping, recording production data, and supporting continuous improvement. Requires attention to quality standards, safety, teamwork, coaching when needed, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 Years of manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Experience operating automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
