Job Summary
Operate paper converting machinery; set up, adjust, and monitor machines to ensure quality and efficiency; carry out routine checks and basic maintenance; perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specification; follow all health & safety and operational procedures; support continuous improvement and housekeeping standards. Shift pattern is Friday–Sunday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, located in Blackburn, United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in paper converting, packaging, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot production machinery
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
