Job Summary
Operate and set up machinery in a tobacco/drug-free manufacturing environment with 12-hour Fri-Sun shifts (5am-5pm or 5pm-5am). Responsibilities include calibrating and starting production cycles, adjusting machine settings, feeding materials with helper, inspecting parts with precision tools, maintaining records and activity logs, and ensuring efficient, safe production. Requires proven machine-operator experience, knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools, adherence to safety regulations, attention to detail, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a machine operator
- Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer)

- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 75 pounds
