Machine Operator in wood door production responsible for operating equipment, following production schedules, moving materials, maintaining production flow, and supporting cross-functional team; requires safety focus, ability to rotate tasks, read work instructions, use measuring tools, and communicate with supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, woodworking, or warehouse experience preferred
- Fork truck experience is a plus, if applicable to assigned duties
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, or calipers preferred
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to read, understand, and follow production schedules, work instructions, and basic production documents
- Ability to operate measuring tools such as a tape measure and caliper
- Ability to work safely and follow established safety rules and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and team members
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented, high-performance production environment
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and rotate positions as needed
