Job Summary
Operate Shuster forming machinery to meet daily production schedules and customer requirements. Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and equipment adjustments in accordance with production specifications. Load raw materials and monitor production runs to ensure efficiency and product quality. Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy and quality standards. Troubleshoot minor machine and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Follow all safety procedures and proactively identify and report potential hazards. Participate in continuous improvement activities that support operational excellence and waste reduction. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This 3rd shift role offers a starting wage of $22.00 per hour plus a shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of manufacturing, machine operating, metal forming, or production experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation
- Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures
- Strong mechanical proficiency and troubleshooting abilities
- Basic math and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
Desired Qualifications

- 1+ year of manufacturing, machine operating, metal forming, or production experience preferred
