Job Summary
Operate and complete basic maintenance on production equipment including liquid fillers, blow molding machines, and injection molding machines. Perform machine start-up, shut-down, and changeovers while ensuring validated Machine Parameter Settings and quality checks. Monitor equipment performance, log production data, and manage line scrap in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Execute cleaning, sanitizing, and minor troubleshooting tasks while following lockout/tag-out procedures. Assist mechanics with diagnostics, participate in shift hand-offs, and support lean initiatives to drive efficient production processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent", "Ability to speak, read, and write in English", "Ability to interact effectively with associates at all levels of the organization", "Knowledge of basic computer and math skills
