Job Summary
Lead equipment set-ups, changeovers, and operational adjustments on assigned assets while inspecting finished products for quality and tracking performance data using MFG Pro software. Maintain a clean, safe work area adhering to 5S standards and safety policies, and assist with basic equipment maintenance activities. Collaborate in team problem-solving to reduce waste and boost productivity while driving manufacturing quality through strict adherence to product specifications and standard practices. Work the C Team shift from 11p-7a, Monday-Friday, at a rate of $25.09/hr plus a $2/hr shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to follow written/oral instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check
- Must successfully complete a drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with computer applications (MFG Pro skills preferred)
