Machine Operator - Filler

Operate and monitor automated filling equipment to ensure accurate olive oil dispense volumes while setting up machines per product specifications. Perform changeovers between production runs, conduct routine quality checks for fill levels and bottle integrity, and correct underfills, overfills, leaks, or spills immediately. Accurately record production data including lot numbers and report equipment malfunctions to the Supervisor or Maintenance team. Maintain filling area cleanliness per GMP and sanitation standards while following all food safety, HACCP, and workplace safety procedures. Stand for extended periods (8–12 hours per shift) and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
