Job Summary
Machine Operator for Hubbell Electrical Solutions in Fenton, MO. Responsible for setting up and operating 3- and 5-axis CNC milling centers and CNC lathes, reading blueprints and BOMs, selecting and positioning tools, configuring feeds/speeds/depth of cut, performing first piece inspections, and ensuring machined parts conform to specifications. Performs assembly-type duties using hand/power tools, adheres to standard work, maintains clean work area, and collaborates with supervision to resolve diagram/production order issues. Requires solid CNC tooling/controls experience, ability to read micrometers/calipers, and willingness to rotate between work cells. Shifts include 1st and 2nd with overtime possibilities; schedules note shift times and OT on Saturdays/monthly. GED/HS Diploma preferred.
