Machine Operator - Fabrication I

Operate basic machinery independently at a defined rate with proper quality while developing an understanding of assembled products and their business impact. Safely handle materials using proper lifting techniques, including overhead hoists and lift tables. Communicate hazards and equipment issues with leadership and occasionally provide basic training to employees. Cross train in different areas within the department and flex to different stations as needed. Maintain continuous learning of job principles, practices, and processes as changes require. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience operating relevant machinery, and the ability to work in a team environment.
