Job Summary
Machine Operator for the Expertfold Specialty Folder Gluer (1st Shift) responsible for accurate setup and efficient operation of folding/gluing equipment, minimizing waste, maintaining quality, running multiple box styles, and meeting production schedules. Requires high school diploma or GED, with 1 year of relevant experience preferred; experience in corrugated and press/finishing departments (6 months) is advantageous. Responsibilities include training others, performing quality checks for mis-slots, defects, and misprints, completing production and maintenance reports, and collaborating with supervision to keep equipment in good working order. On-site role based in Richfield, WI, with full-time employment and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year minimum relevant experience preferred
- Prior experience in the corrugated industry preferred
- Experience in Press and Finishing Department - at least six months
