Job Summary
Operator Basic responsible for running, setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting production line equipment for Medical Devices manufacturing. Operates process and equipment, handles tool changeovers, ensures material availability, and maintains product quality by performing regular checks against specifications. Documents data (BMR, in-process inspection, loss data), manages rework of quarantined materials, and supports CAPA investigations. Adheres to EOGL HSE standards and GMP/GHP practices; works as part of a shift team with emphasis on communication across shifts. Requires High School + ITI or diploma in mechanical/electrical and 3+ years of machine operation experience; must be able to work in shift operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School + ITI or diploma in mechanical/electrical
- 3+ years of experience in machine operation in manufacturing unit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ready to work in shift operations
