Job Summary
Operate machinery to meet defined production targets and ensure run-to-standard performance. Maintain stable machine performance to support shift targets, monitor output, and adjust operations within standard parameters. Minimise downtime by responding to minor stoppages and escalating issues promptly, maintain consistent production flow, and actively participate in Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication (CIL) activities as a core responsibility. Focus on safe, efficient, and quality manufacturing in line with targets and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry
- Basic mechanical or technical knowledge
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing / TPM practices
- Familiarity with autonomous maintenance (CIL)
- Trade certificate or certificate IV in Mechanical Engineering encouraged to apply
