Job Summary
Operate and maintain various machines following training and safety guidelines while working independently or within a team. Adhere to all instructions and demonstrate a positive work ethic, strong attendance, and self-motivation. No prior experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided. Flexible schedules include options for four-day weeks with a consistent three-day weekend. Competitive base pay starts at $17 per hour based on competency, with employer-paid health insurance, HSA contributions, and 401(k) matching.
