Job Summary
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser/punch machines, robotic bend cells, cobot welding systems, and automated injection molding machines to ensure efficient, safe production. Load and unload materials, perform basic program selection and adjustments, and inspect parts using calipers and gauges to verify tolerances and cosmetic standards. Identify machine malfunctions, report nonconforming material, and execute routine maintenance and cleaning while maintaining a safe work area. Collaborate with manufacturing leads and engineering teams to communicate production status and improvement opportunities. Cross-train on multiple fabrication processes and participate in training for robotics and safety protocols. Overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of CNC or automated manufacturing processes
- Ability to read blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to occasionally sit
- Must be able to climb
- Must be able to balance
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to crouch
- Must be able to crawl
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance

- Must be able to adjust focus
- Must be available for overtime, including evenings or weekends
