Job Summary
Operate, set up, and adjust paper converting machines including rewinding, folding, slitting, banding, blowing, wrapping, packing, or stacking. Ensure machines meet efficiency requirements while packaging products to specifications and performing quality checks. Communicate with the team to correct issues as needed and complete cleaning duties. This role requires lifting 50 pounds, standing for 12 hours, and bending or twisting as necessary. The position involves a 2-2-3 schedule with flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts in Green Bay, WI.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 1 year of experience
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to stand (12 hours), bend, lift, twist as needed
- Must be available for Days (6:00am-6:00pm), Nights (6:00pm-6:00am), 2-2-3 schedule (not rotating), Flexible schedule available – 8, 10, 12-hour shifts
- Must be able to operate, setup, and tear down of machines
- Must be able to package products to specifications
- Must be able to perform quality checks, communicate, and correct where necessary
- Must be able to communicate well and can adapt to varying work conditions
