Job Summary
Manufacturing Associate needed to operate woodworking machinery and hand tools for producing quality closets, garages, and home-organizing systems. Responsibilities include following quality and safety standards, maintaining shop equipment, understanding daily cut lists, and assisting with training on second shift as needed. Day shift runs 6:45am-3:30pm with potential training on the 2nd shift and opportunities for relocation to Norcross, GA. Requires teamwork, reliability, problem-solving, and ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Involves in-person work at a Georgia location with a competitive hourly wage ($15/hr) plus an incentive program; benefits include 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and supplemental bonus opportunities.
