Job Summary
Maintain production and quality demands by operating 14-15 injection molding machines on a 12-hour shift, including walking, standing, and squatting. Operate auxiliary equipment, inspect products per work instructions, and label and package items while adhering to customer requirements. Perform other assigned tasks such as ladder climbing. Requires ability to lift 55 lbs, read procedures, and work independently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- Ability to read and understand written procedures and instructions
- Solid work record
- Attention to detail, along with good visual skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communications skills both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills
