Job Summary
Operate assigned ice cream production lines to meet daily targets while maintaining strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot faults, and ensure equipment is cleaned effectively using the "clean as you go" principle to prevent stagnant water. Coordinate team rotations, manage breaks, and conduct thorough handovers to maintenance and the next shift. Report all issues immediately and adhere to core values of ownership and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, cold-temperature environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem solving skills
- Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- One-year related experience (preferred)
