Job Summary
Monitor and operate press equipment while inspecting tile for quality defects and performing minor adjustments as needed. Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload finished product in shipping and receiving. Report equipment or process problems to the supervisor and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area by following standard operating procedures. Work a rotating shift from 6am to 6pm with weekends required. This role supports the MFG TEAM at Dal-Tile.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to understand and speak basic English
- Accurate measurement capability
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Good record keeping skills
- Good listening skills
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for a rotating schedule (6am - 6pm)
Desired Qualifications
- 1-year previous manufacturing/production experience
