Job Summary
Operate and maintain production machinery (assembly line, press machines, power equipment, and pallet jacks) to produce high-quality pallets. Read a tape measure and caliper; set up glue area, cutter, offset, and caliper for final thickness. Load/unload rolls of paper, assist in setup tasks, and maintain daily production records while supporting inventory counts. Maintain a safe, clean work area and collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets. This is a Full-time role located in Lordstown, OH (Commerce Center) with additional Warren, OH possibilities as indicated by postings and site operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to operate and maintain production machinery including assembly line, press machines, power equipment, and pallet jacks.
- Must read a tape measure and caliper.
- Must be able to set up glue area, cutter, offset, and caliper for final thickness.
- Must be able to load and unload rolls of paper as needed.
- Must maintain daily production sheets and assist in inventory counting.
- Must follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
