Job Summary
Complete machine setups and changeovers, maintain product flow in the cold forming department, and perform preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot machinery issues, train employees on new machine setups and usage, and enter work order data. Champion safety, quality, and productivity while meeting production goals. Perform material handling tasks and maintain OSHA compliance. This role operates on the 2nd shift at our Exeter Township plant.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Position Located at: 71 Vanguard Drive, Reading, PA 19606
Desired Qualifications
- 2-5 years in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to become forklift certified
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
