Job Summary
Assist operators with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers while preparing and staging materials to match production orders. Monitor product quality during feeding and production, maintain continuous workflow by handling pallets and material movement, and adjust machine components to clear jams. Support cleaning, basic maintenance, and safety procedures including lockout/tagout, communicate issues promptly, and keep the work area organized. Use SAP/electronic systems for inventory tracking and reporting. Requires high school diploma, ability to read technical documents, and PC literacy. Full-time employment with rotating shifts, starting hourly wage of $28.31, and comprehensive benefits including insurance and profit sharing. Interview day scheduled for July 14.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with ability to read and write in English
- Ability to understand technical documents (spec sheets, printing instructions) and learn machine operations
- Strong soft skills: attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, communication, time management, and commitment to health and safety
- Manufacturing/industrial experience, including feeder or stacker operations
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with equipment such as laminators/Asitrade, and/ or flatbed die cutters
- Ability to learn and gain required knowledge of machine operations and controls
- Proficiency with computers (PC literacy) and basic systems knowledge
- Good mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Availability to attend an on-site interview in person on July 14 and complete any follow-up steps
- 24/5 operations with a weekly rotating schedule across three shifts, or a 24/7 continental schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts
Desired Qualifications
