Job Summary
Track, read, or create reports manually or via computer. Set up, operate, and tear down machines as required, managing quick changeovers to meet specifications, safety, and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks at discretion. This role operates within Cargill's protein and salt business, providing wholesome food products to customers ranging from foodservice operators to manufacturers. Full-time position in Albert Lea, MN, with a 2nd shift starting at $21.65/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Basic math ability (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division)
- Ability to read and write in English
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work outside of normal shift up to including weekend and off shift hours as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous food manufacturing experience
- Previous leadership experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Production experience
- Work history in the last 12 months
