Job Summary
Full Time Machine Operator on the Caps production line in Arcola, IL. Responsibilities include inspecting components to meet quality standards, operating automated machinery, learning about product lines, cleaning and maintaining machinery (changing needles and thread), and supporting other departments as needed. Requires strong communication, self-motivation, basic reading/writing/math, color recognition for cloth styles, and physical endurance for long shifts (up to 10 hours) with lifting up to 50 lbs. Provides a role in a production environment with emphasis on quality and safety.
Required Qualifications
