Job Summary
Assist with material preparation and operate assigned equipment including label applicators, flower bagging machines, pre-roll machines, and cartridge filling units to meet production demands. Monitor computer interfaces, record data, and follow cleaning schedules to maintain equipment working order. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot front-line challenges, and take inventory of materials and spare parts. Actively participate in inspections, enforce SOPs and safety procedures, and report on production data to ensure KPIs are met. Obtain required certifications and research process improvements while collaborating with the Packaging Supervisor to revise standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to obtain & maintain required state licenses based on work location
- Ability to stand for a long period of time
- Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and/or holidays
