Job Summary
Run dividers, stampers, sheeters, and molding boards while adjusting controls per product specifications and standard operating procedures. Perform timely changeovers to maximize efficiencies, manage line crew breaks, and assist with product trials and mixer support. Maintain flour dusters and record all necessary information accurately. Comply with all legislative, food safety, and environmental policies. Maintain productivity in a fast-paced operation while troubleshooting common machine issues.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of dough mixing qualities
- Basic troubleshooting skills to resolve common issues and perform machine adjustments
- Attention to detail and good organization skills
- Comfortable lifting upto 50 lbs of wright on a consistent basis
- Able to push and pull weight up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
- Maintain productivity in a fast-paced operation
- Must be flexible to work weekdays and weekends
- Shift Schedule: 12 hour shifts (start times: 3:00 AM or 5:00 AM)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP and GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) is considered an asset
- Basic computer and mathematical skills preferred
- Forklift certification is considered an asset
