Job Summary
As a Machine Operator in Blow Molding, you will ensure the machine functions safely following GMP and housekeeping standards. Key responsibilities include sustaining efficiencies and scrap rates on production machines, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, performing color changes, and conducting quality inspections. You must comply with supervisor directions and maintain documentation related to bottle quality requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of bottle quality requirements and documentation
- Ability to effectively communicate machine, process, quality related issues
- Effectively diagnose problems and logically troubleshoot tasks
- Perform minor preventive maintenance to the machines during their shift
- Complete quality inspection and record them in statistical process control software
