Job Summary
Machine Operator needed to keep Bleckmann’s production lines running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include setting up, adjusting, and operating production machines; monitoring the process and making adjustments to maintain peak performance; performing quality checks on finished products; solving minor technical issues and carrying out basic maintenance; collaborating with colleagues from production, logistics, and technical teams; and ensuring a safe working environment. The role requires comfort with a fast-paced, dynamic production setting, ability to troubleshoot minor malfunctions, and teamwork. English required; Dutch is a plus; weekend work may be necessary. Opportunities to develop technical skills on modern packaging machines within a growing, globally expanding company.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate production machines and perform setup/adjustments
- Willing to work weekends when needed
- Strong teamwork and communication in English; Dutch a plus
- Interest in technology and equipment; basic troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities
