Job Summary
Operate blow moulding machines and identify faults while monitoring product supply and packaging against approved procedures and quality standards. Inspect finished goods, record production data including downtime sheets, and maintain general housekeeping to quality specifications. Support the Team Leader/Leading Hand with general duties throughout the afternoon shift from 3PM to 11PM, Monday to Friday. This 6-month fixed-term contract at Salisbury, SA, is within the Blow Moulding Team manufacturing milk-based products for brands like Pura and Dairy Farmers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in blow moulding/injection moulding in a manufacturing environment
- Strong safety mindset
- Ability to work in a team effectively
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Self-starter
- Ability to operate independently
- Basic computer literacy skills (Microsoft Words, Excels, PPT, etc...)
- 6-month fixed-term contract
