Machine Operator - Beefsteak - 1st Shift

Operate and set up manufacturing equipment per the production schedule; disinfect/ disassemble for sanitation; monitor and troubleshoot equipment, notify supervision for issues; record data and calibrate systems for time, temperature, and positions; read and interpret temperatures and measuring devices; coordinate with maintenance on preventative programs; maintain GMP, food safety, and work rules; perform housekeeping and take ownership of equipment; follow safety procedures and policies; no travel required; 0-1 years of related experience preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to read blueprints/schematics and follow written specifications.
