Job Summary
Machine Operator for Automated Weld Line. Operates equipment via HMI, inspects welds and product cosmetic appearance, measures specs to ensure quality, uses hand tools for minor repairs, and maintains product logs. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds, flexibility to rotate between lines, willingness to work overtime/weekends, and strong teamwork and communication with supervisors to address nonconforming issues. Required Qualifications
- Prior HMI experience is a plus. Eagerness to learn HMI is required
- Ability to Lift 50 pounds
- Willingness to cross train on numerous product lines
- Ability to work overtime on the weekend as business conditions indicate
- Flexibility to rotate to a different operation within the facility as needed
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to communicate with urgency to team leader / supervisor on any nonconforming issues as they arrive
