Job Summary
Produce product using high-speed printing equipment in compliance with Safety Programs and Quality Assurance Systems. Assist the Machine Operator to produce quality product at target speeds, read Production Order Packets, and prepare machine components. Complete daily paperwork, manage material requisitions and inspections, and execute setup and changeover activities within allotted time. Participate in preventative maintenance, maintain a clean work area, and actively engage in safety programs while communicating across shifts. Train other team members as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months experience in a manufacturing environment
- Commitment to an accident-free and drug-free workplace
- Quality-conscious, oriented to excellence
- Strong work ethic evidenced by enthusiasm, positive attitude, and high energy level
- Well-developed problem-solving skills

- Willingness to work overtime as needed
