Job Summary
Hands-on Assistant Machine Operator role supporting production by prepping materials, assisting with equipment setup, monitoring machine performance, performing basic troubleshooting, conducting quality inspections, and assisting in packaging. Requires basic reading of job tickets and production documentation, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a production team in a manufacturing environment. 1–3 years of related experience preferred; high school diploma or GED preferred. Shift: 1st shift, M-F? Day: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Location: New Hope, MN. Benefits include health/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, PTO, 401k with employer match, and more.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–3 years of related warehouse shipping and receiving experience, manufacturing, production experience, or equivalent training
- Ability to read instructions, job tickets, and basic production documentation
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to read measurements and use simple quality tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a production team
- Regularly stand and use hands for repetitive tasks
- Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs and occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs
