Job Summary
Assist in setting up and operating machinery according to company procedures and safety regulations. Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is in good working order, troubleshoot malfunctions, and conduct basic repairs. Observe experienced operators to gain knowledge, accurately record machine data, and report irregularities to supervisors. Maintain a clean work area, perform quality control checks, and assist with loading and unloading materials. Follow all training instructions related to safety protocols and company policies. Complete a 90-day training window to learn full machine functions and exhibit necessary skills to run the production line independently.
