Job Summary
Operate machinery safely and efficiently, assemble components according to specifications, and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols and company procedures. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. First shift coverage from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Located in Britt, IA.
Required Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Understanding of workplace safety practices
- Must be willing to work first shift (6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.) Monday thru Friday
