Job Summary
Independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot Sinico machines while maintaining inventory control for all tooling and completing necessary tooling changes. Move, load, and unload products, perform routine maintenance tasks, and use various testing devices and chemicals according to guidelines. Maintain production quality using SPC methods, perform recordkeeping, and participate in team problem solving for continuous improvement. Follow all safety rules, wear required PPE, and understand ISO 14001 work instructions. Material handling activities include forklift use per appropriate procedures. Full-time position with potential overtime and weekend hours; requires lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience and training on manufacturing machine operation
