Job Summary
Machine Operator at ALPLA responsible for overall line operations from production to packaging, starting/stopping the machine, performing parison controls, material control (weight distribution, regrind levels, etc.), regular quality checks, mold changes, recording goods produced and issues, ensuring quantity and specifications, autonomous maintenance, and teamwork to support efficiency, waste reduction, and quality metrics within a safety-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated mechanical ability
