Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery to ensure efficient operation while performing quality inspections to meet company standards. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report complex problems, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and follow all safety procedures and policies. Requires three or more years of machine operation experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and ability to stand for extended periods. Some positions require first shift training before transitioning to assigned shifts.
