Job Summary
Machine Operator responsible for adjusting the blending system to ensure material is in spec for extrusion; monitor and control production equipment; mix/blend ingredients; load materials; collect samples; maintain safety; document production data; troubleshoot equipment; coordinate with extrusion, maintenance, warehouse, and QA teams; follow SOPs and health & safety regulations to maintain production efficiency and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience operating machinery related to raw material mixing and blending
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic math and reading skills
- Stable work history
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Ability to pay close attention to details
- Strong teamwork and communication
