Job Summary
Operate equipment and change over primary and secondary equipment within the cell/line per standard work practices. Perform setup/change over at standard operating rates with minimum downtime while executing process troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and quality functionality. Manage material scheduling, MANMAN reporting, and machine scheduling while adhering to safety and environmental policies. Train new employees and perform advanced level functions including lubrication, hydraulics, and gauging techniques. Work 3rd shifts from 10:45 pm to 7:15 am with a starting pay of $20.99 and shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Possess full knowledge of setup/change over of all equipment within the cell/line
- Operate equipment and change over Primary/Secondary equipment within the cell/line per standard work practices
- Demonstrate full knowledge of process trouble shooting
- Demonstrate full knowledge of preventive maintenance
- Demonstrate full knowledge of change management procedures
- Demonstrate full knowledge of gauging techniques
- Perform all quality functionality
- Understand material scheduling processes
- Understand MANMAN reporting
- Understand machine scheduling
- Understand manufacturing theories including continuous process improvement
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of safety and environmental policies and procedures
- Be able to recognize potential safety hazards
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic math concepts
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of machine design
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of stage drawings
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of process troubleshooting
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of lubrication and hydraulics
- Train new employees
- Perform advanced level functions including preventive maintenance functionality
- Available for 2nd shift (10:45 pm - 7:15 am)
- Available for 3rd shift (11:15 pm - 7:15 am)
